You must have us confused with someone else. We have not been on Shark Tank. Not yet anyways.

One you’ve finished adding items to your cart, click the ‘VIEW CART‘ button, and then the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT‘ button. Enter your payment details and click the ‘PLACE ORDER‘ button.

We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Affirm Pay. If you live in Utah, you can even stop by and pay with cash or Venmo.

Not currently, but we hope to soon. We’ve got our eyes on you, Canada. If you’re in Canada or any other country, send us an email with your country, and we’ll notify you when Dinkhole is ready to ship to you.

Depending on order volume, we ship orders in 3-4 business days. We ship via USPS, which adds another 3-4 business days. Typically, customers receive their orders in 10 days, give or take.

Of course! Choose “Pick-Up” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to schedule a pick-up time in Ogden when your Dinkhole set is ready.

Oops! Did something go wonky? Stuff happens! If your game arrived in less-than-perfect condition or if the shipping gremlins got to it, don’t fret. Just email us some snapshots of the issue, and tell us what went down. We’re on it faster than a dink in the final round!

If you were lucky enough to receive a coupon code, most codes expire within 7 days or less. The best practice is to use check out the moment you receive a code. Unfortunately, codes come and go on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.
